We currently ship across India. We’re working on expanding internationally soon—stay tuned!
⏱ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
🗓 Delivery Timeline
We partner with reliable delivery services to get your snacks to you on time. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other regions: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas may take slightly longer due to logistics.
💰 Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.
- For orders below that, a nominal shipping fee of ₹199 applies.
- No COD orders.
🚫 Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (weather, logistics issues, etc.) may occur. We’ll keep you informed if anything changes.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email/text your tracking link. You can also log in to your account to view tracking details anytime.
❌ Wrong Address or Missed Delivery?
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing an order. Meal2Heal isn’t responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Missed deliveries due to unavailability may be reattempted by the courier.
